How to set up Follow ups and Recalls
After you complete a consultation, you may decide the patient needs to come for a Follow-Up. This can be easily done in Clinicea, let us see how.
1. Scroll to the bottom of the case sheet and fill in the Recall/Follow-Up Details. You can specify either the number of days/weeks/months after which the patient needs to come back, or you can put in a specific date. In either case, if the day falls on a public holiday, Clinicea will show the same highlighted in red. You can also add a Recall Service for the patient by clicking on the + button at the right of the Recall Section.
2. Once done click on Save at the top. This will create a recall in the patient’s summary, create an appointment for you with the patient on the given date and send the Patient an SMS reminder all in 1 go.
