How to write Letters

You can write letters, merge it with Patient data and email or print it off. You can also send the letter you write for signing by the Doctor before sending it off.

Let us first see the workflow for a receptionist who does not have access to the patient’s chart.
Ex: Receptionist Florian wants to write a registration and declaration letter for patient Johnson.

1. Tools | Document Manager | Patient Documents.
2. Patient Documents | Select Patient | Write Letter.

3. In the new window select the template from the list under Templates and click Open Ex: Registration. This   opens the Registration Template and merges it with the Patient Information.

You can edit the document by clicking on the Design Tab.
5. Once done, you can Email it off, or Save & Print. If Document Signing is mandatory in your Clinic, this document too will be sent for signing.

Let us now see the workflow for a Doctor who has access to patient’s chart. Ex: Dr.Wilson wants to write a medical certificate for a patient Kevin.

1. Goto Patient  | Search and Open the Patient’s chart.
2. Save & Print.

In the new window select the template from the list under Templates and click Open Ex: Medical Certificate. This opens the Medical Certificate Template and merges it with the Patient Information.

You can edit the document by clicking on the Design Tab.
5. Once done, you can Email it off, or Save & Print.
