How to update Services across multiple clinics

We can now update Services across Multiple Clinics or Clinic Chains in a matter of a few clicks:

1. Click on Tools | Services | Select a Service. The Service Item page will open. Click on the Applies To Clinics… button at the bottom of the page.

 

2. Now search for the name of the desired clinic and then click on the three vertical dots on the right. Click on Edit.

 

3. It opens the Applies To… window with the name of the Selected Clinic auto-populated already. Add  Cost Price, Seling Price (Before Tax) | Taxes (that needs to be applied) under Service Pricing. It will auto calculate the Price (After Tax). Click Save. The settings get saved for the Selected Clinic.

 

4. We can also select between Circle or Clinic or All Clinics. This can be done by clicking on the Mass edit icon instead of searching for a particular clinic name. Multiple names can be selected at a time.

Enter the Service Pricing Information and then click on Save. The changes will get applied to the selected clinics or circles or all Clinics as per your selection.
