How to setup your MailChimp account with Clinicea

MailChimp is a simple email marketing software (EMS) which gives you a number of easy options for designing, sending and saving templates of your emails. MailChimp allows you to easily create newsletters of varying types and then provides simple options for sharing them through various social media platforms.

Clinicea has also integrated Mailchimp to help your Clinic grow.

Before we start you, must have a valid MailChimp account.

Disclaimer:

(i). In order to setup Mailchimp with Clinicea, the User needs to be an Admin User on the Clinicea Account.
(ii). Patients as well as Leads(for Enterprise Users) will get synced.
(iii). Leads will be identified as a custom field called PROSPECTS in MailChimp.
(iv). MailChimp is only free for up to 2000 contacts. If your Patients and Leads is more than 2000, then, you will be moved to a Paid Plan by MailChimp.

Let us now see how to set this up on Clinicea.

1. Go to Tools | Organization | Integration. Next Select MailChimp.

 

2. This immediately requests you to link your MailChimp account with Clinicea. Just click on Connect.

 

3. Next, enter your MailChimp Account credentials and click Login.

 

4. Once successfully connected, you will see the details like Last Synced Time and also the number of Records(contacts) synced.

 

That is it. You can now log into your MailChimp account. All your contacts/patients information in Clinicea is now synced. You can now start sending targeted campaigns to your contacts/patients via MailChimp.
