How to use the Payment Term in a Package
Clinicea gives you an option to setup a Payment Term (also commonly referred to as Instalments ) for a Package. This allows Patients to make easy payments in small lots as opposed to an upfront large payout. Let us see how to do this.
1. Go to Tools | Package | Search and open the selected package. The Package page will open up.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Payment Terms click on Link the Package to Payment Terms icon.
Search Payment Terms flyout will open on the right side of the screen. Click on the + button beside the name from the list to link the payment term to the package.
3. The Payment Term has been added. Now, Click on Save.
