How to assign a New Package to the Patient from Appointments

To assign a new package to a patient directly from appointments:

1. Go to the Calendar and schedule an appointment by clicking on an available time slot.


2. Appointment Details window will open | search and select a Patient or click on + to add a new patient.


3. Once the patient is selected, click on Select Services | a new Bill Items window will open | click on Packages | select a Package by clicking on the +button beside the package name | Save.


4. A scheduled appointment will appear on the calendar screen, along with a package sign.
