How to Email Documents in the Library
Let us now take a quick look to see how documents available in the Library can be E-Mailed to patients.
Workflow to email documents to patients.
1. Documents | Patient Documents | Search for Patients by patient name.
2. Click on Write Letter for the selected patient and select Library.
3. Under Library, Search and Select the document to be emailed.
4. Click on Email, put in any additional email address (if required) and click on Send Email.
Workflow to email documents to others.
You can also email documents available in the Library to others.
1. Documents | Library | Search for a document by document name or category.
2. Click on Email, put in the email address and click on Send Email.
