How to Edit Bill Total

In day to day clinical operations, you might come across situations where you need to change the bill total in order to generate a bill for lower value. At the same time, you also need the taxes applicable to be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the amount you have chosen. This can be done very simply in Clinicea, provided you have the Financial Permission of “Edit Discount”.

 

1. Go to Financials | New Bill | Add Bill Items and select the Services/Inventory you want to add to the bill.

 

2. Once you have added the bill items click on the pencil icon next to the BILL TOTAL to edit the amount. Once you put in the revised Bill Total the taxes also gets calculated accordingly.

 

3. The same is applicable should you want to edit a Package bill.
